Great processor for the price!!!

I love it! I have had it for about a year now and have used it for just about everything. I have yet to see anything it can't take down. It's big enough to get the job done quickly, but it's small enough to store away in a cupboard. I have no complaints.

I decided to purchase this food processor after hearing how wonderful it was from my sister-in-law. The day it arrived, I immediately put it to work making cashew bars. It worked fabulously! I bought it a few months ago, and use it on a weekly basis. I have processed nuts, dried fruit, vegetables, a...see moreof the reviewer's review

In the middle of my Passover Holiday cooking, my old machine broke. This was perfect. Low cost, large capacity and it handled grinding 7 lbs of fish for the gefilte recipe I make every year. It chopped all my herbs and veggies including carrots potatoes with no problem. The Charoset was done in a ji...see moreof the reviewer's review

This is good for the price. I have used it for ground beef, chicken and vegetables. It has worked great so far. The lid stores upside down which is a really nice space saver- I was looking at one that was [$] more and now I am glad I got this one.see moreof the reviewer's review

Extremely unsafe for grating cheese, OK for veggies

This works great if you want to chop tomatoes, garlic, or other veggies really quickly, but becomes unsafe when you use the large disks to grate cheese. When you try to feed cheese in through the top tube (the only way to do it, apparently), the block of cheese (any size, in my experience) will fall...see moreof the reviewer's review

Bought this food processor today at Target. I got through shredding 1 small zucchini and the shredder blade broke. I called Hamilton Beach and they are sending me a new although the warranty does not cover shipping. So after paying $ for the food processor I had to pay another $ to have a new blade ...see moreof the reviewer's review

Worked 1 time and gets one star because I can't give it less

It literally worked 1 time. I washed the parts that were dishwasher safe in the dishwasher, and the other parts by hand. When I went back to use it again, it no longer worked. I checked to make sure I had everything set up correctly, tried another outlet, but it simply wasn't going to work a second ...see moreof the reviewer's review

Ugh... On the 4th pulse the blade quit spinning, the mechanism that spins the blade apparently broke. What a bummer, I don't think [..] is that cheap for an appliance, and at the very least I expected it to work the first time I used it! Guess that was too much to expect. Will be returning first cha...see moreof the reviewer's review
