Works Very Well but Missing Two Parts
The dehydrator itself works great! I love that the parts are dishwasher safe. The only frustrating part with this item is that it was missing the mesh screen and the fruit leather tray. I had to contact Hamilton Beach and utilize the warranty feature this item has to get those missing parts mailed to me directly from the company. The box and everything inside was sealed so it seems like a mishap from when it was packaged. Great product otherwise! It does the job and I look forward to using it for many different things! The fan isn't too loud either which is nice. I hardly notice it when I'm in other rooms and my home is open concept (meaning noise usually travels!). Overall, great product. I just wish the box has the missing mesh screen and fruit roll tray.
