Run away
Will not last. The hand guard is impossible to use, as the times to hold vegetables do not actually stick out far enough to catch the vegetable. And it is far from dishwasher safe because I used it once washed it in the dishwasher and the metal has come off the blade.

Good option, could be improved
Works as intended but is a little clunky. The hand guard that attaches to the fruit/vegetable doesn't always stay attached so in my case the potato went flying more than once. But for the price, it's good and I'll continue to use it.

Mistake
I was tempted to buy because it looked cute. No reason to save the $4 difference between this one and the brand name which is superior to this one. It's hard to dial the the slicing thickness, it's not that sharp or easy to slice with. you have to rinse it right after use so nothing gets stuck to the back.

Cute green
Cute little mandoline, it works pretty well and I really like the color. It's kind of hard to keep it all together, I thought the handle would snap in to keep it close but it all just slides around (which I guess is the purpose) but it would be nice if it'd be easier to keep it all as one.

Awesome mandoline!
I was so excited to get a mandoline! My kiddo eats fruits and vegetables like crazy—- and right now she’s into cucumbers. This gadget is a must have! I’ve used it for so many things! This mandoline is also dishwasher safe! The dial on the back is for adjusting the cut thickness! But you must be careful, the blade is sharp! You can use the food holder that’s included until you’re more comfortable!

Missing hand held part (not a big deal)

Bulky, awkward to use as it felt loose and wobbly. Has multiple parts that come off. Blade came super dull. Cheap material and cheaply made. I don’t recommend this item and would opt for a better quality even if it costs more. Lesson learned.

Home-Cook Friendly!
This is my first mandoline and I’m glad I purchased this for the price and quality! I’m a home cook and this was a great way to spruce up my salads (think thin sliced raw carrots!). I love the neutral green color and that it’s not clunky by design. It’s easy to use, too. I’ve been throwing it in the dish washer the last few months and it’s held up pretty well and is still sharp. Highly recommend if you’re a beginner mandoline user like me.
