Ripoff design
First off, to those reviewers with stuck food or dirty/burnt pans, learn to cook and clean with stainless, it’s not that difficult honestly, I learned and so can you. Anyhow, my main gripe with this pan is the cooking surface area. It’s practically the same as the 10” pan, maybe about half an inch larger. Most proper pans are at least more. About 2” from the actual “size” which is rim edge. The sides of this pan are just higher and angled/flared out more. You’re better off getting the saute pan for $10 more and it’s more versatile.

Season your pan first!
I’ve seen a few reviews that said it stained after first use or food always sticks to it and honestly I think you just need to learn how to properly cook with stainless steel. I looked up tutorials on YouTube, cooked a very cheesy and creamy pasta and it didn’t stick nor leave any stains. After you wash the pan, you MUST dry it with a towel right away or it will corrode. It’s a low grade stainless steel so it takes a little more upkeep than the expensive ones but as you can see in my photo, even a cheesy pasta dish didn’t stick or stain the pan so this is a great pan for beginners.

Bought this in store as a Christmas present to myself. This pan ruins everything you cook. Everything sticks. Had to throw it out after 3rd use. I couldn’t get the stuck food off. Waste of money. Do not recommend .

There’s a saying that nowadays they just don’t make them like they used to. Well, this is the exception. This stainless steel frying pan, and I’m not being incentivized at all for saying this, feels PREMIUM. Wow. Just holding the lid gives u a sense of how well made this product is. Even though Fedex screwed up the delivery and slightly damaged the handle, this product is SUPER well made. 5 stars. What a standout. Way better than the other name brands like Cuisinart.

Great pan, without the nonstick chemicals
Was due for a new pan that was replacing an everyday type of pan. This replaced one that had the black, nonstick type of coating that everyone is trying to avoid. Great size and stability with this pan. Is def our go-to pan. It does have some discoloration to it now due to constant use but has not affected the use.

Well made, sturdy and durable
I am pretty sure at this point that stainless steel skillets are standard. I am here to say that this brand has a good weight and seems well made to last through time. Due to my lack of knowledge of cooking with stainless steel, i have not had much success with using it to cook. I am still working out the kinks and knowing when it is warm enough/too hot/too cool.
