The fabric is soft and the seams are well done, but they run large. They stay to your body and don't fall down or anything, but it takes away from the support that they offer. They are also very stretchy compared to the other briefs that I own. I was originally confused on how the support system for your members would work, but they just slip right in once you put the briefs on. I bought a size large with a 38 inch waist and they fit pretty good for running large. I found that folding the waistband inwards against your body helps with the looseness. I would size down one to get the proper fit though. Overall, I would buy these again, just one size down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We tried a pack of 3 of the Hanes premium men's briefs with total support pouch, and after my husband wore one of them every day for the past month, he is going to buy more because he likes them so well. The wide waistband provides a secure fit around his waist and doesn’t twist or slip down, while the flat elastic leg openings don’t cut into his leg and are more comfortable than rolled elastic. The fabric is silky smooth. The longer narrower pouch with double layer of supporting fabric and inner moisture and odor control panels keeps the contents in place comfortably and unobtrusively whether he is sitting or standing, relaxing or working or exercising. They wash and dry quickly with no shrinkage.

I usually wear somewhere between a 32-34 in men's shorts, large in other underwear brands, and these were a very comparable fit. I appreciate that there is a pouch in the front to keep things from shifting around, however I do wish the pouch was a little deeper. It seems like things don't sit as perfect as they should, but they are still very nice. I'll probably be getting another pack while they are still available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these for my son who recently hit puberty and now wears Mens sizes instead of Boys. They fit him a lot better. He chooses these over the Boys sizes that still somewhat fit and are in his drawer. He prefers the wider waistband on them. Plus the pouch area has more room for his comfort. I’ve noticed he has less adjustments to make while wearing them too. They do sit a bit lower on his waist than the other briefs did. But he doesn’t mind.

It is a three pack with black, grey and blue; all that I love. I’ve been predominately a boxer & boxer brief guy for years, so I was curious how I’d like briefs. They fit fantastic (size medium) and sexy. They have an inner pouch to support my goods and the fly & pouch design work well for quick access at the urinal! They are nicely flexible and maintain their shape and fit

They are softer than regular briefs and don't store the sweat like regular cotton briefs do. Great for sports or active wear situations especially with the support pouch.
