These do not have elastic around the legs or waste. They fit very loose looking and fall down easily.

They are much smaller than average 4t

Really rough for sensitive skin, my daughter wore these for a few minutes and it irritated her skin

These fit slightly loose on my 17 month old but she is able to get them on and off easily for better potty independence.

I do not recommend these if you have a toddler with sensitive skin. My daughter had a horrible rash after just a few hours of wearing these.

She said they were very comfortable and stayed in one place at the same time. She also said that she does not feel itchy while wearing them as the fabric feels very soft to the touch.
