It hangs lopsided. The rope on one side is longer than the rope on the other, so when I sit in it, I lean. I'm working on prying out the knots with pliers to try retying.

I don't even use my other brands of swing chairs. I have replaced them all with this brand. I don't like the center mount so I remove the center bar and then use swing chain to hang the swings from the beams on my back deck. The wood bar is high quality as well. My only complaint is that they changed the size of the included chain/shackle used to hang the swing. I had one odd one before ordering my last swing, and the new swing one did not match. I was hoping to create another set.
