I really appreciate that the character is realistic. But we just gave these to my daughter and the paint is already chipping. I'm not impressed at all, especially for the cost. Save your money!

Excellent quality & great tool for imaginative play

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Schleich Harry Potter figures are really superb. This Crookshanks even has the matted tufts of hair mentioned in the books.

Movable arms and legs would make the people more fun to play with.

This is another example of the very poor quality of these Harry Potter figurines… like I said in a previous review, we love Schleich, and have come to expect a certain quality from the brand. These Harry Potter figurines are NOT Schleich quality. After only three days of play the paint is wearing off around the edges. Which might be excusable (maybe)… if it wasn’t such a horrible paint job to begin with. My kids and I love the Harry Potter books, so we were over the moon to find out that Schleich was going to be making HP toys. My kids are still having a great time with them, but I can already see they’re not going to last very long. Very disappointing. And why does Crookshanks look so patchy and ratty lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're pleased with how Hermione is represented with a book and her cat. Crookshanks even has matted fur and unlike others, the paint job on our figuring was fine. The kids enjoy playing 'Harry Potter' with her.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great addition to the Schleich line. I have seen many complain about the paint job on these toys. I have not had that experience. Ours look very good. The sweater and tie may not be as vibrant red and yellow as the online pictures but they still look great. I live that it comes with the pet and can't wait to add to our collection.

Very unhappy with the Harry Potter collection. We’ve been looking forward to this collection for a while and are very disappointed at the quality of this product. Sure, they’re durable, but someone else’s comparison with a Happy Meal toy is pretty on par. The paint job on these is horrible. The quality of schleich toys has been progressively declining over the past few years, but this is the worst I’ve seen. If you’re going to destroy the quality of the toy, you should adjust the price too.

The Harry Potter characters are not up to par with my expected standards of Schleich toys! I was expecting these to look like the photographed examples. The painting is so terrible on these. So awful. Especially for a $20 character. They may be durable but they are painted like a happy meal toy.

We have been anxiously awaiting for the Harry Potter series and opened our box and we were very disappointed. This is the worst paint job I’ve ever seen schleich do. For $20 a character I expected far better quality than this
