Specifically, sweat mixes with aluminum salts which can lead to stains. Different brands can use different aluminum salts to combat sweat in antiperspirant formulas and since everyone's body chemistry is unique, each person can react differently. For best results, we suggest applying the product on dry skin only as water can lead to a higher risk of staining. Alternatively, we do offer aluminum-free deodorant for odor control only, which will be less likely to cause yellow stains. Also, that clumping issue should definitely not be happening!
