Yummmyyyy i love the heat this sausage brings.

Took camping they were delicious.

Taste nothing like chile, just salty and nasty

I discovered these and have been buying them frequently! These are delicious flavor and so easy to throw in a pan and brown for a quick dinner! A better value than the name brand and tastes amazing!

Has a strange taste and some bits of bone.

REALLY really good!!! Not too much cheese or spice but a great blend of both. So delicious, kids loved them!

These are fantastic! I wish there were a little more spicier but regardless they are really good. I can't wait to put it in mac & cheese with some broccoli it'll taste so good! Bonus points because each sausage is individually wrapped which I really like!!

We've been buying the Italian sausages with cheese for years, and we love them, but they've suddenly been replaced with this Hatch chile variety, which is not nearly as good nor as versatile! I'm buying these out of desparation, even though the flavor profile is not right for many of the dishes in which I would be using the Italia flavor if it were still available, or even the apple and gouda, which is no longer available in our store either. I've phone to ask why, but Customer Service has absolutely no explanation or rationale....

They are heat and serve so perfect for a quick dinner or late night snack. They suggest cooking on the stove or microwaving but I cooked them in the air fryer and they came out perfect. They are delicious and not at all greasy as sausages tend to be. They are a medium heat per the package but I’d say closer to mild heat, not too much and not overpowering. These were wayyyyyy better than the apple and Gouda ones. Taste kind of like a glorified cheese hot dog, but in a sort of healthier way. I'd probably buy these again.

These tasted so good! Each sausage is individually packaged so that they stay fresh and you cook as you need (would be perfect for a single person). I pan fried the sausage, and it was great on its own and didn’t need any sauce. The cheese melted and tasted amazing. These were not too spicy but just right. I highly reccomend! It did have a kick to it with spicyness so I added some sauce on it. I like how natural the ingredients are and how fresh these tasted. they were easy to cook up, I just put them on the grill for a little bit and they were ready less than 10 minutes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had hatch chile breakfast sausage before and really enjoyed it so I was looking forward to trying Good & Gather smoked chicken sausages hoping they taste just as good and they do. I read the preparation instructions and decided to cook my own way and roasted the links right on the toaster oven grate. The package instructions say to boil in water on the stovetop or microwave and my way turned out way better because all the cheese didn’t pop out. First bite, the melted cheese was liquid and HOT! After letting it cool down, I really enjoyed the rest of the sausage on a hot dog roll with a little Dijon. Overall it was very tasty and hatch chilis are not spicy however, I did get a hard piece of something that was a little turn off. I know that can happen when eating sausages but it’s always unpleasant. These sausages have no preservatives or nitrates and the chicken is antibiotic free. I think it’s a pretty good value considering it’s better quality ingredients. I received an incentive to write this review.

It appears that this is a replacement for the Jalapeño Cheddar and Cheese sausage. While the casing is improved, the flavor and heat from the chiles are lacking. I’m glad I only bought one package. I will eat the rest, but will probably not repurchase.

Bought it twice now, just to confirm that I really didn’t like it. Unfortunately, it’s not for me. I much prefer the jalapeño & cheddar one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were a hit for dinner! I first appreciated that they are made from chicken, and have no nitrates or antibiotics added. I do feel they are high in sodium per link. They come fully cooked so they make for a quick dinner prep on those nights you're pressed for time. I put them in a fry pan, rotating them for apprx 8 minutes, and they got a nice crisp skin with the cheese starting to ooze letting us know they were hot inside and out. The flavor was delicious. A nice mix of a creamy cheddar cheese and mild/ slight heat from the peppers. I received an incentive to write this review.
