Q: Can the tv stand portion and the tower be reversed? In my home I would need the bookcase on the right and the tv stand on the left.

The entertainment center once built comes in 3 separate parts with no way to affix them together. The instructions are complicated and diagrams are small. The particle board is so cheap in some areas that the screws just fall out, rendering parts of the piece unusable. The drawers and one of the legs of the unit are broken due to this issue since being put together in our new apartment, and we are unable to get a partial refund or even exchange / replace parts to fix the issue because our return falls just outside of 30 days. DO NOT BUY THIS, YOU ARE CHANCING WASTING YOUR MONEY DUE TO FAULTY AND CHEAP PARTS. Yeah it's cheap but as a consumer I still expect a functional piece of furniture at the end of the day. This is not that.

this entertainment stand is so beautiful! It has more storage/room than I thought it would which is nice. The only downside is that it was quite the hassle to assemble. Me and my boyfriend spent probably 4-5 hours putting it together…some of the instructions were confusing and we had to redo multiple things. But other than that, I will be keeping this for as long as I can, I love it…and it fits a lot of plants ;)

This tv stand has great style and was easy to put together. However, it is advertised to fit a 60” TV and doesn’t even hold my 55” TV. The drawers sit on the floor and the shelves on either side stand on the legs do not attach…they simply rest on top of the drawers unit. This makes it very customizable to your space, which is great. We will be wall mounting the TV so we are gonna make it work, just beware that the sizing is not accurate if you want your TV to sit and not be mounted.

We LOVE this stand! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it was missing the instructions. However, I emailed product support and the instructions were emailed back very quickly! It took about 1.5 hours to assemble and I am soooo pleased with how it looks!! For size reference in my pictures, we have a 55” TV.

Very attractive, simple to assemble, quality is what you would expect from a assemble yourself piece of furniture. I really like that you can choose how long the pieces by sliding the shelf on the chores. The user makes it fit the room. The drawers hold a lot of stuff! One of my drawers is full of heavy cookbooks and it still opens and closes smoothly.

Yes, it’s particle board, but at this price, what else would you expect? Assembly took a few hours (working alone) but was not difficult or frustrating. All the pre-drilled holes matched, everything came together well, and nothing got blown out like particle board sometimes does. The unit is three separate pieces, making it very flexible in how it uses space and after several weeks I haven’t had any concerns about the separate pieces staying in place. The square shelves on the left are the perfect size for LPs and the drawers fit DVD cases perfectly. The legs on both sections are actual wood which definitely makes the unit look more polished. Instead of the small, wooden drawer pulls I splashed out on some larger brass ones and it looks great. We got this as a placeholder until we could find a nicer piece of furniture to fit all of our needs, but haven’t been in any hurry to replace it. If there was a version with better materials I would happily pay double or triple the price for it.

Love this tv stand! Perfect for someone looking for that midcentury look, with plenty of storage. It comes in three pieces; the drawers, the shelves on the left, and the stand on the right. It took ALL day to put together so the more the merrier if you're not looking to spend a long time assembling. The three pieces only attach by sitting on top of the drawers so I was able to scooch them closer together which I think looks perfect, honestly. Even with the long assembly time I couldnt be happier with it.

okay, first of all - you are paying a little more than $200 for stylish tv stand with display shelves, so I don't understand people who complains about the quality. Obviously it won't be a real wood... it took me 3 hours to put together, did it all by my own - female, 28. and I love the end result!!

If you are buying this piece you probably know what to expect out of boxed furniture that you assemble. I purchased it for the look mainly, it's pretty difficult to find a genuine solid wood post mod peice like this in the wild. Here are some tips I can give to future purchasers of this item. It is three pieces that ship in separate boxes but the hardware for assembly is mixed in all three boxes..so you will have to open all three boxes to get all the assembly hardware, you cant just open one and build it..the hardware for it may be in one of the other boxes..and finally when you build it do it very carefully on a carpet or something soft under the visible surfaces they scratch REALLY easy. I didn't have buyers remorse too bad, it was affordable and has a good style...just be prepared for 3 or possibly more hours of assembling.

This entertainment center is amazing. Very easy to put together and very sturdy. It gives an incredible amount of mid century appeal. We have a 55 inch TV and it fits perfectly. We did change the knobs on it for a little more flair. Each box was packed well and we only had very slight damage to a corner of the drawer unit, but was easily fixable and not noticeable now. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking to get a mid century look for a not so exorbitant price.

Looks cheap once put together didn’t fit with the rest of our furniture. Pain to assemble. Appealing style but not worth keeping around. Max TV dimension of 60’’ is referring to a wall mounted TV. 60’’ is too big to sit on the stand. Returned it.

Love this piece. The color is a better walnut than the pictures (more like actual mid century furniture). The instructions are pretty terrible though, but with patience in about 2 hours I had it together. 1 person can do it easily.

A couple of things. It was super easy to put together, which I really liked; however, one of the pieces was not drilled correctly so I had to go through this whole ordeal in order to get the piece replaced. Contacted Target, they contacted the manufacturer who couldn't just send me the one piece. They had to send the ENTIRE THREE BOXES again. Once the boxes arrived I had to guess which box contained the correct piece. Once I found the piece, I had to replace it with the original piece, box everything up again and have FedEx come to pick up all three boxes. I thought it would be taller but I should have paid more attention to that part. I also did not realize the three pieces are stand alone pieces meaning they do not connect to each other so any time one of them is bumped I need to realign the pieces so it looks good. After getting it all put together and despite the above "complaints" I love this piece! <3
