Q: I bought this lamp in-store and need a replacement shade for it. None of the mix-and-match shades fit. The base of the lampshade is flat and screws onto the lamp base before the light bulb. What shade style goes with this?

A: This lamp base uses a "Uno" (also known as "Euro") style lamp shade fitting, meaning the shade attaches to the light socket using a ring just below the lightbulb. The ring on the original shade is 1.5" in diameter, so a replacement shade will need to have a ring at least this large in order to fit onto the lamp base. If you have a difficult time finding this size, it's always an option to use an Edison clip lamp fitting, which has arms that hug the lightbulb and attaches the shade directly to the bulb. Hope this helps!

I love the lamp, this is the second one I purchased, so now I have a matching set. My issue, is that the lamp came packed in a box with nothing to protect it from damage, looks like someone was in a rush and couldn't be bothered to pack the item. I'm truly amazed that the linen shade was not damaged in transit. Not so good on the part of Target.

Loved it as my entry lamp but the pull cord broke after a couple of years. Not just a fixable chain break, came completely out of where attached to lamp. (see photo)

I got this to provide soft light while I’m brushing my teeth at night so I can wind down for sleep. I used a warm LED bulb. My favorite thing is the old-fashioned pull chain to turn it on and off—it’s easy to find unlike some switches on lamps, and it makes a satisfying sound. And it looks great.

I agree with the other reviews about damage due to packaging. Although I picked this up in store since I prefer to see and visually inspect things myself prior to buying I purchased this lamp only to notice several small chips in the base after putting a 60W daylight bulb in not only that but since the shade is zip tied to the base (I assume for shipping purposes) it is permanently lopsided. I like the design but I will be returning and possibly spending more for something of better quality.

Cute lamps for my nightstands but as others have said, absolutely no care whatsoever taken in packing these. Mine were sent in 2 giant boxes with no care taken whatsoever to wrap them or even place them in an appropriately sized box. As a result, they were dented on both the vase and the shade. Luckily my local store had them and I could exchange. Target, you really need to train your packers better. Half the stuff I order arrives badly damaged due to poor packing

Loved the Lamp but only if it came in 1 piece. Very disappointed in the way Target packages their fragile products. Lamp came bent and broken in multiple places. Seems to be the norm. Multiple items recently, I’ve received broken because of the way it’s packaged. Do better.
