I want to assure you that our hair care products do not cause or speed up hair loss. A great deal of work has gone into the development and testing of all our products to ensure they are safe for use. We also have extensive quality controls in place. It is normal to lose between 50 and 100 hairs a day. Combing, brushing, and shampooing helps to remove hair on the verge of falling out to make room for new hair and is a continuous process. Hair goes through a natural cycle of growth where each hair grows long, falls out, and is replaced by a new hair. No shampoo, conditioner or styling product causes hair loss. We would recommend that you seek help and advice from a doctor. To see flake free results it's very important to use Head & Shoulders a minimum of 2 days a week, for at least 6 weeks.
