Q: Can this product be used for cradle cap removal on a baby
A: We do not recommend using adult shampoos on infants, as their formulas may contain ingredients that could irritate your baby's sensitive skin. For cradle cap, we suggest consulting your pediatrician for safe and effective treatment options tailored to your little one’s needs. Your baby's comfort and safety are our top priority.

Q: Hi, my daughter is 12 years old and she washes her hair everyday. She says she has white parts of her scalp itch (I've checked and it is not lice). Would this be safe for her ?
A: Yes it is safe for kids to use our shampoos, conditioners, treatments, and styling products. If you want to use Head & Shoulders on a child because you think they have dandruff you should speak to your doctor first. This is because dandruff does not occur before puberty so it could be another scalp condition.
