A compact, durable, and easy-to-install pickup system, The Band can electrify any viola without the need for modifications to the instrument itself. The Band offers far greater volume levels before feedback, compared to mikes. And can avoid being tied down to mike stands. Headway's "The Band" further cuts feedback, bowing noise, body noise and excessive treble by acoustic filter. The unique "Band" speeds sound checks and minimises cluttersome and unreliable equipment needed to set up and transport. The Band wraps around the instrument under the strings and is firmly secured with 2 easy closure hook-and-loop strips in a three-step process: 1. The end of "The Band" viola pickup tube is passed under the strings between the bridge and the tailpiece and wrapped around the narrow waist area. 2. The two ends of the tube are firmly wrapped around the back of the instrument and the easy closure hook-and-loop tape is secured. 3.
