I have tried many of the Power Bowls and all of them have been good as far as my glucose numbers. They rarely spike me and as a newly diagnosed diabetic with an angry pancreas, I am thankful these are available. I can't wait until my locations start carrying the Zero bowls. I feel like many of the reviews aren't accurate. People should always check ingredient lists if they have sensitivities. Thank you, for making diabetic safe, frozen meals accessible to the masses. Also, if you have coupons available, I'd be happy to receive some. 😁

Originally ordered one to try it out and loved it. I ordered two more but both seals were broken with one of them having food spilled over. I just wish the quality of the packaging was better.

Disappointed Gluten was not labeled. The meal tasted good, and was pretty filling. But I discovered that it had gluten in it, even thought it isn't marked on the box.

I think this meal is good but I do add cheese, avocado, salsa and maybe some hot sauce. It definitely needs the add ons for more flavor and to bulk it up. It’s not a lot of food and does lack some flavor without the extras. I have had this meal multiple times and I don’t recall ever having an issue with the tough kale stems. I always cook it for the full time.

I have an aversion to most beans. This meal’s description on the front and back do not mention the beans included, which is what I used to decide on purchasing. This line of meals has never made me self-identify ingredients with the pictures before, so why do I need to do that with this flavor?

Tried today...was really looking forward to trying these protein bowls!! Sadly disappointed. Not a lot in the bowl, but ok...the green stalks were absolutely unchewable! Horrible to have to pick out of your mouth and not waste anything or dig through the bowl and remove them, before every bite 🤢

Adobe Chicken far surpasses the others in this line. I sprinkle Tobasco on it and top with a cup of broken corn tortilla chips. Not gonna do a full analysis but the beans and pepitos do a lot of good as a subtle flavor enhancer. Cuban Pork is a close runner up.

The taste was pretty good, you definitely have to add your own seasoning, though. I put it in the microwave for about 4 and a half minutes and it’s ready to eat. I love how on the packaging there’s all the ingredients. I think this is definitely for people who want to add healthy food to their diet. I do wish the proportions were bigger as I’m usually still hungry after eating one of these.
