I would give this five stars, except for the needlessly complicated packaging. Not only do you have to risk scalding to lift the top tray and dump the solid ingredients into the sauce, a large amount of the sauce splattered up onto the bottom of that tray so have to try to wipe off that back into the meal. But if you don’t scald your fingers and get it all stirred up it’s quite flavorful. The beef was tender and all the vegetables tasted like they should.

I have been buying Healthy Choice meals for decades. The Beef Chimichurri is the most disappointing meal ever, especially the deceptive ingredients labelling. Many people cannot stand the taste of Cilantro and so I avoid meals with that ingredient. However, nowhere in the ingredient list does the word cilantro appear. Instead it is hidden by the vague reference to "spices" in the sauce. How many other Healthy choice meals will begin hiding this inedible ingredient, tricking consumers into wasting money on a meal they have to throw away uneaten?

Would not purchase again. The sauce was too sour for me. I understand Chimichurri sauce has either vinegar or lemon however this was too much of it. Other products are good though. Just thought I would try something different.

My daughter didn't like the taste because it was too spicy. I had to add a lot of butter to tone down the spice. The meat, the potatoes, and green beans were good. She didn't care for the red peppers. If the sauce wasn't spicy she would like to have this again. So it's a big NO for the food.
