Using the scoop included in each package, for ages 2-3 combine scoop of shake mix (13.5g), for ages 4+ combine 1 scoop of shake mix (27g) with 4oz. of water or your choice of milk and shake thoroughly using a shaker bottle for best results. I had purchased the vanilla flavor and boy does my 4 year old love it. It’s part of his morning routine before his breakfast. I do feel as though it’s made his appetite increase. I will be ordering soon , I just started the second container.

They said they loved the flavor though the water to mix ratio was an issue for them so we did adjust the water amount slightly. It did clump a bit more than im used to with other powdered mixes but nothing a few extra shakes didnt take care of. Overall they were very happy with it and their only complaint was that its all gone, and the jar wasnt bigger.

Nevertheless I try to make sure that if she doesn’t want what I’ve prepared I still have to give her something to sustain her until her mom picks her up. This protein shake solves our dilemma and my kids will actually drink this! The strawberry flavor is perfect for them and isn’t super sweet or have a chemical aftertaste, so that is a big bonus! I love the amount of protein this has and it has other vitamins too. We love mixing this with milk for a quick morning breakfast or as an afternoon snack right after games or practices. This mixes well in liquids, plus it can also be added to other food like pancake mixes, yogurt, pudding, or even ice cream—a nice way to incorporate protein into your kids’ diet.

I really like the goal of this--in the mornings when we are in a hurry it is nice to be able to think about making the kids a shake, but this just didn't hit the mark for our family.

I feel so good knowing he's getting tons of protein, omega-3's, vitamins and minerals. He's a picky eater that loves noodles. Just noodles. Knowing I'm getting the good stuff in him somehow makes me feel better about his carb based diet. We tried the vanilla power. It tastes delicious. When you add it to a smoothie, you tend to drink faster because it tastes so good. Definitely becoming a staple.

The flavor isn't that great, especially when mixed with water. It does taste a little better if it's added to your favorite milk or almond milk. I would recommend.
