I'm so upset this mayo has jumped up from $5.99 a whole $.70 cent! It's already pricey, I just bought a jar and I come back to get another and it's price changed... Geez! I have to find it somewhere else now. Was using this for years..

My daughter has an egg allergy and for 25 years has missed out on so many good foods because there was no good option for mayo. Her life has changed dramatically! Today she is eating a delicious tuna salad sandwich. Your plant based mayo is the only mayo we buy now. We all love it!

Exactly plant based mayo
The creaminess, texture, flavor and consistency of the plant based mayo is very similar to regular mayo. I personally do not like mayo but this plant based mayo I will actually eat. Eating regular mayo is something that I can not understand why people like when it is made with raw eggs. To me it is a miracle that people just don't get food poisoning from eating regular mayo. The plant based is like regular without having to worry about eggs. I know they aren't in there because I checked the ingredients and didn't see egg. The versatility of the mayo is the same so just use it like the regular stuff. I hope you keep selling this product. I am not a vegan but like using plant based products for certain foods.

Smooth and spreadable, could be improved.
The flavor is okay but sadly the texture is soupy compared to both the standard Hellman's mayo and their now discontinued but excellent Canola oil mayo. I understand the desire for appeasing as many allergy groups as possible at one time, but would prefer a tighter texture to the product.

We recently discovered an egg allergy in the family so we switched from classic Hellmann’s to this plant based one…it looks the same and has a similar texture (slightly thinner) but the smell and flavor make me feel like I just ate some oil from a car shop. Very disappointed.

Best vegan mayo
This mayo is so thick, creamy and delicious! I may have the slightest preference for a different vegan brand, however Hellman’s is a much better value so that makes it #1 for me. Love it on sandwiches, as a dip for French fries, in dressing, etc.

I liked Hellmann's vegan mayonnaise - overall, it's quite good. However, I still prefer the regular version much more because of its richer, fattier taste. Great regular Hellmann's option
I am a lifelong Hellmann's fan. I do not care for any of the other Hellmann's mayos, but this one is especially good. It saves a bit of calories and saturated fat. It's very creamy. My husband tells me he doesn't like it and uses the regular, but when I make something I always use it and he can't tell. ;) Also, I can make family dishes with it, such as potato salad, that my vegan daughter will eat. It is hard to find and Target's price is fantastic; at least $3 less than Publix!

I don't understand all the negative 1 star reviews. This mayo is fantastic. Tastes the same as the regular Helmans and 100 times better than other vegan mayo's. I've tried many. To the people complaining that it isn't made healthy...it's mayonnaise ! I mean seriously, unless youre eating jars of it each week the amount of food starch and seed oil youre going to eat in a serving is really small in an otherwise healthy diet. Plus, while not perfect, youre still reducing cholesterol by choosing plant based. Again it's mayonnaise people and thats has never been a health food nor will it be.
