The best cutting boards, plastic or wood, are meant to have cuts in them to protect your knife blades edge. We suggest cleaning your boards after each use with soapy water and then disinfecting the boards with White Vinegar and Water. However, if your boards are well used, perhaps it’s time to purchase new ones. All our plastic cutting boards are BPA free. I have been using these boards for 14 months. Boards are nice but the one i use to cut up meat has places where my knife is cutting through the plastic.

Nice kitchen addition

Additionally, there are three sizes giving the user options for the task. Each board has a slot for carrying or for hanging for an optimal storage solution.

Not what I expected
I did not realize when I purchased these that every knife cut would mark the board. My son (a doctor) says they are not safe because bacteria can collect in the scratches. I'm very disappointed with this purchase.
