It truly does good job of cleaning you out. I know you can take 2 tabs - 1 in AM 1 PM, But that was way to much, I should have been patient and just took 1, to see how my gut would respond. I haven’t needed to take Swiss Kriss for a while now. Like the product.

Would not do without Swiss Kriss in my supplement cupboard! I only take it when I have been bad and not eaten enough vegetables. I add it to my fiber in such cases. It's gentle and natural. Makes everything happen the way it should.
