Hershey Bells don't taste the same 2024
Very disappointed this year with taste of the Hershey Bells. I won't be buying again, glad I only purchased 1 bag. Normally I buy 3 to take to my family in Canada but didn't get to go this year, so glad they didn't have the disappointment I had. Why change a good thing.

Not Hershey's chocolate
My mother recently purchased a bag of hershey's kisses and a bag of hershey's milk chocolate bells, which are a little bit larger than a kiss. You would think that they would taste the same, right? Same brand, same solid milk chocolate, right? No. Oh my lord no. While the kisses are the chocolate that hershey's is known for, the bells are an unappealing faux "hershey's" chocolate. They taste like cheap chocolate, like hershey's and palmer's had an illegitimate love child. Shame on whomever made the decision to cheapen out on the recipe for the bells. We will never purchase them again, that's for sure. You should never put your name on any solid milk chocolate that is not Hershey's known chocolate. That is bait and switch disgusting policy. Shame on you.

So Disappointing
They 100% changed this recipe. It tastes more like a regular Hershey’s kiss than the creamy rich bells that my family buys during the holidays every year. It also tastes older than normal? Very disappointing. They need to go back to the old recipe. Will not buy again.

What has happened to the Extra Creamy Hersey Bells? They used to be so delicious! Obviously you have changed the recipe. I am so disappointed, they used to be my favorite Christmas candy. Shame on you Hersey for putting profits in front of quality. I want a refund!

What happened to the Christmas Bells
I was so disappointed in the Christmas Bells. The bag is misleading because they are not extra creamy but hard and waxy. I purchased several bags this year in anticipation of the great quality I’ve had in the past. I’m sorely disappointed in the taste and quality.

Save your money, these are a big disappointment
Bag says “extra creamy”, which they are not. Unsure if this bag was left in the heat or cold but it was hard and tasted like 4yr old chocolate. Hersheys “chocolate” becomes a bigger disappointment year after year. Spend your money on a European brand, you’ll be glad you did.

Change of Recipe
There’s nothing quite like the Hershey Bells during the holiday season. I look forward to them every year, for my sake and because they are my mom’s favorite. I was so excited to purchase them when I found them on the shelf this year. Little did I know, my taste buds were about to be betrayed. How could you change the perfect formula? In an election year no less. This tastes like the candy added to a gift bag when you are trying fill it out and make it look more full (looking at you, Palmers). I expected better from you, Hershey’s. I would love a refund, or a bag made with the old recipe. In the immortal words of the holiday classic “Christmas Vacation”: “What a lousy cheap way to save a buck!”

I always look forward to the extra creamy milk chocolate bells Hershey's puts out during certain holidays but it seems they change the recipe this year. I just purchased the extra creamy milk chocolate Hershey's bells and they taste terrible! Tastes so bland, like fake waxy chocolate. Absolutely disgusted. The amount of carbs and sugar was increased as well. So disappointed in Hershey's. Very poor quality. Will not be purchasing their chocolate again.
