If you have any GI sensitivity or inflammation, don’t eat regular Hershey chocolate. Go for the organic that doesn’t contain PGPR which is an emulsifier that isn’t water soluble and just allows Hershey to make chocolate with less fat so it’s cheaper and less calories. Awful for your body.
