Will not buy online again
Size 9 was way smaller than other size 9 hey dudes I have purchased. Will only be buying after trying on in store from now on. Would not let me return because I wore them for a day trying to break them in

I'm not sure if I'll no longer wear hey dudes
This is the second pair of hey dudes that I've bought from you guys. The first pair was just completely too big the second pair they sent me one shoe and a size 9, and the other shoe and a size 6 I needed these for a vacation I was gonna take and your person that did my refund did nothing Absolutely nothing to accommodate me. I am so unhappy with Ive been a great customer sure you can look at my records I buy hey dudes all the time, but I don't know if I will any longer do so. What will you do to keep me as a customer?
