With a main u-shaped opening and a padded center your skis and binding will stay in place and keep them in top condition. Good basic sturdy bag for hauling on off bus, carrying to condo for weekend. One set shorter length skis and helmet, extra space in bag so folded over the end of bag and cinched with the compression strap.

This bag is perfection. The problem with almost all single ski bags: 1) carrying straps that are too short for over the shoulder. 2) straight zipper closure which makes it harder to get fat skis into the bag, much less easily see what's inside. This bag's straps are a perfect medium length for either side carry or over the shoulder. And the zipper is rectangular so the top opens wide to easily pack and see what's inside. Can't beat it for the price.

The padding in the center is not long enough to protect my bindings which are not centered on the skis. Otherwise appears to be a well constructed bag.

It arrived with a stain on it and was returned. I don’t know if my son-in-law would trust This bag for airline travel since the padding on it is minimal. It is a nice bag to store your skis in for local commuting versus airline

Bag is great looking. Bought at end of ski season so durability is yet to be determined - have not used it yet. Will only be using it to transport skis in my car so I suspect it will hold up fine. Not sure I would use it for airplane travel - just don't know. My wife's 163 cm skis fit fine but doubt my 180 cm skis would fit - I did not try them.
