Úrsula Perona es psicóloga infantil y madre de tres hijos. Lleva más de diez años desarrollando su labor como psicóloga sanitaria en su clínica de Alicante, el Instituto de Psicología Úrsula Perona, donde atiende a personas de todas partes del mundo. Además del abordaje clínico de trastornos complejos, está especializada en Niños de Alta Demanda, y asesora a las familias desde la perspectiva de la crianza consciente. Es docente universitaria, conferenciante y colabora habitualmente con medios de comunicación nacionales e internacionales. Es autora, entre otros, de los libros 'Hijos de Alta Demanda', 'Niños altamente sensibles' y coordinadora de '9 reglas para una educación consciente'.
