for those of you who have known soy allergen allergies and sensitivities, you could (possibly) enjoy these. start with no more than 3. give time ( a few hours) to see if a reaction develops. if there is none, then you have a shelf stable relatively healthy snack that you can enjoy consuming and purchasing, occasionally. Don't know what it is they tasted salty/buttery/almond/chocolate but after about 8 they turned on me bad. So I tried them again after a couple weeks, thought it was me but no, same thing after a small handful and chunk city. Really terrible. I eat tons of almonds and chocolate so it's not a nut or candy reaction. Do not recommend.

I am not normally a big fan of dark chocolate, but something about this chocolate they use with the salt and almond is perfect. Very tasty healthier treat for some of us with diabetes. I cannot eat things like ice cream or most other sweets because of the flour and high sugar. A serving of these is not super high in carbs or sugar and it is very satisfying for a sweet craving.
