Not sure what happened. I’ve been getting these for the last couple of months and they were great - those puffs had a different texture and had a bit more “fat”/oil(?) on them (the inside of the bag had a bit of oil and chili residue in them, if that makes sense). Perfect crunch and satisfied the hot puffs cravings. The last 2 bags I’ve purchased (both with the expiration of Jan 2026) are chalky, incredibly dry, taste mostly like plain chickpeas, not as crunchy… just gross.

The crunch is amazing. That’s my favorite part. I think it’s pricey for such a small bag but that’s just me. I took one star off because it’s not actually spicy. Tiny tiny hint but mostly just sour or salty flavor. I would say give it a it a try but if you like spice and need a fix. This is not the one :)

These are a good snack alternative to the standard snack. It's certainly not "blazing" for those who are accustomed to heat, but it brings a bit of heat. All in all an enjoyable snack.
