[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were okay. Gingerbread flavor was really faint and not quite enough to satisfy that holiday craving. Texture of the cookie seemed a little dry, but not was still soft so not really stale. Filling was a good ratio to cookie, but again was lacking in flavor. My husband said it best when he declared they taste like graham crackers with frosting. Not awful, but for the price not something we will buy again. I received an incentive to write this review.

Soft and chewy with a spicy ginger flavor that lingers pleasantly on the tongue. The fluffy cream cheese filling is the perfect counterpart! Wish I'd bought more!!

These cookies are holiday cupcakes wearing a Merry Christmas sweater.. so delicious and tasty. The icing is a little bit sugary but not overwhelming! So good.

I still found myself wanting to eat the whole pack in one sitting (and honestly, I might next time!). The cream cheese filling was a pleasant surprise. The gingerbread flavor was not overpowering as I have noted in other similar products. The packagaing on the website made the product appear to be large however these are more so silverdollar size which I was happily content with. Their texture sort of surprised me as they are in between a whoopie pie consistently and a ginger snap consistency. I think I’d prefer them either harder or softer rather than in this middle spot. Very sweet and well spiced. My kids loved too and said the frosting was just perfect. They do seem to melt a little so I wouldn’t buy unless you can get them home and into a cool environment quickly but that wasn’t a problem for us and they didn’t last long once home! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I missed in the description that this contains a bioengineered food. These are soft gingerbread cookies. The gingerbread flavor was subtle in the first couple of chews and a bit hidden from the filling but there is a clove aftertaste and a nice ginger heat as well. The cookie isn't overly sweet. The cream cheese filling is quite sweet and has a larger sugar flavor versus cream cheese. Overall, these are good cookies but I would prefer the filling to be less sweet with more cream cheese flavor. I received an incentive to write this review.
