Unpopular Opinion: Loved It
It's very rich. I heated ⅓ hot water with ⅔ almond milk, then stirred in the chocolate, and added a little creamer. It's already sweet, so no need to add sugar. Hot water from the tap isn't hot enough to dissolve the cocoa. I also learned not to add the cocoa and water/milk before heating because it won't mix properly. The directions say to boil the liquid 1st before adding the powder, and this was the best way to prepare it.

AWFUL!!
I've never had hot cocoa this bad! The powder doesn't dissolve in water leaving the cocoa sandy. The flavor is a miss too. Yuk! Not worth consuming. Dumped it down the drain. This is going back. It doesn't even deserve 1 star.

I just tried the s’mores flavor and it’s so gritty! I thought maybe it was just me but other reviews confirmed that it’s definitely the cocoa mix. Unless you like eating dirt, I would pass on this one.
