Description

Developing a gently spreading habit as it matures, this compact evergreen is the ideal shrub for nearly any landscape application. Its petite foliage emerges without spines in a reddish tint before maturing to a rich green shade, and its tiny white blossoms open in spring and can be used to help pollinate female upright Yaupon Hollies and Yaupon Holly cultivars like Weeping Yaupon Holly. Dwarf Yaupon tolerates drought and salt spray better than most shrubs, making it ideal for dry climates and coastal areas.
