submitted byManufacturer Tech Support - 6 years agoBrand expertA: That's strange - this is the quietest fan I've ever purchased. It's mostly used as white noise at night and the "Calm" setting is perfect and subtle. Even the strongest setting "Cool" doesn't make a roaring noise for me. I suggest taking it back for a new one as it seems like a faulty order.
submitted byMarissaEO - 8 years agoA: Sure wish I knew. It rumbles even on lowest setting
submitted byMAH - 8 years agoA: Mine makes a funny noise like it’s hitting against something every time it turns . very annoying . sometimes it’s fine. Sometimes it’s not.

Q: How efficient is this fan if you have no central air conditioning?
A: NO. A fan moves air; an air conditioner conditions (changes) the air.
submitted byMsAdventure - 11 months agoA: We appreciate your inquiry. This fan will circulate the air that is already in your room which will help you feel cooler, but it will not generate cooler air to lower the room's temperature. If you have any additional questions, please email us at SocialSupport@helenoftroy.com.
submitted byManufacturer Tech Support - 2 years agoBrand expertA: What that's the purpose of these things to blow out cooler air not just be a fan to just blow hot hair around. It's supposed to put out cool air not work same as a fan correct ???
