A good sauce in a stocking stuffer sized bottle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've generally liked Hot Ones hot sauces and this one is no exception. The small size is great if you want to sample a new flavor without committing to a full sized bottle. It's a tasty hot sauce but it's rather thin and vinegary for a Sriracha sauce and doesn't really have as much garlic flavor as I would have hoped. The spice level is mild and the flavor reminds of cocktail onions. It won't be for everyone but if you like vinegar based hot sauces it's worth a try.

Interesting Flavor that is a Little Pricey
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Hot Ones Mini Sriracha Hot Sauce with Pickled Garlic flavor was very flavorful. But not totally sure at how well they go together. It definitely has a good kick but not so hot that you aren’t able to taste your food. The bottle is pretty small and for the price of it for how much you get would be my complaint about it. We put it on eggs on a breakfast burrito and enjoyed it.

Add some kick to your breakfast!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality on this hot sauce is great! It tastes good and it is the perfect amount of spice in my opinion. I decided to add it to my scrambled eggs in the morning for breakfast. The taste was just spicy enough for a little kick with cheesy scrambled eggs. I would definitely recommend this hot sauce to anyone that likes a spicy kick to their meal. I will also buy this again.

Quite hot and a small bottle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this to be hotter than expected. You’ll definitely want to start off with a smaller amount and work up. It has the classic sriracha flavor - garlicky and a little sweet. I used it on chicken and it went well. I will use it again on chicken, and on roasted veggies. The bottle is kind of laughable small, but it’s fun to support the show. Overall a pretty good and quite hot sauce.

Perfect hot sauce for the purse
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottle is perfect to put in your purse or pocket if you’re a hot sauce fanatic. I would say this hot sauce is not the biggest bottle so you would be able to to through this quick. In terms of spice level this isn’t too spicy if you can handle sriracha you can handle this. It has a hint of garlic and is very tasty. Love this hot sauce and would buy this again. Give it a try!

Love the taste, but not the price per oz
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the flavor of this sriracha! It has the classic, familiar taste of sriracha, but the pickled garlic adds an excellent punch of flavor that I love. I can taste a bit of the lime too - it brightens the flavor. This is pretty mild - even my 5 year old could handle a small splash in his chili. This is a mini bottle and my husband and I use about 1/3 of the bottle in one meal. That’s really my only complaint about this product is the price for the amount in the bottle. This is under 2 oz and costs more than a standard bottle of sriracha that’s 17 oz! It’s tasty, but very pricey. Also, when the cap is off there isn’t a squirt top - it’s completely open.

Big Pickled Vinegar Flavor, Medium Heat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I would try this Pickled Garlic Siracha because it is a combination of some of my favorite flavors but I’m not sure it all works together very well. The first flavor is vinegary and pickle. I don’t taste much garlic. At the end there’s a bit of heat. I would consider than more mild than plain sriracha. I like a good sriracha kick on my pizza but the pickle / vinegar flavor was a bit overpowering. But I think this would be excellent in a Bloody Mary. Bottom line, this isn’t replacing my daily sriracha at the table. But it’s bold enough I’d offer it at a bloody Mary bar.

Spice up your food with pickled garlic hot sauce
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you like hot sauce , garlic, and pickling flavor, you will love adding this to your favorite recipes. It’s so versatile You can put it on eggs, meat. Soup, potatoes… the list goes on! It packs a punch but isn’t so hot that you are begging for relief. The tiny bottle would make a great stocking stuffer, or add to a gift basket along with other specialty foods! It was fantastic on ground sausage!

Deliciously flavorful to accentuate any meal!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little bottle pleasantly surprised me. It packed a punch of flavor, with a mild level of heat (i like heat/spicy and may have a higher tolerance but it's rated 3/10 for heat level on their bottle). It accentuated the flavors of our food, rather than overpowering it, which is appreciated as many are just about the heat and not flavor. I got a healthy mix of the sweet red jalepeno and garlic flavors, also tasting a hint of lime. I can't wait to try this on fajitas, as it'll compliment them amazingly! I do think it's a bit pricey for the 1.69 Oz bottle you get.

Needs more dill flavor in it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Hot Ones Pickled Garlic Siracha Hot Sauce in the mini bottle. I was very surprised at how little this bottle was, but it is only 1.69 fluid ounces. This pickled garlic siracha hot sauce is very hot so I can only use a little bit at a time. You can taste a little hint of dill and garlic, so it is not overpowering in taste. Overall, this hot sauce is ok and it needs more dill flavor, so I don’t think I will buy it again.

Elevate any recipe with this hot sauce
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a spicy Sriracha sauce with the added kick of garlic as well as subtle lime and dill. It's not too hot on its own and I mixed a little on my rice and also made a delicious dipping sauce using a base of soy sauce, a teaspoon of this hot sauce, a little ginger and a dash of sugar. It's very versatile and will elevate any recipe. My only complaint is that I didn't expect the bottle to be so small so it's good that a little goes a long way!
