Looking for over the top Spice levels of Ramen?
If you are looking for a legit spicy ramen then this is the ramen for you. My husband appreciates spicy…I’m talking ghost pepper and habanero levels of spice. He was sweating throughout this whole bowl of “Hot Ones” ramen. If you’ve seen the show, they are definitely living up to their brand with this level of 🌶️🔥 Note: I work at Target and this review is my personal opinion.

I enjoyed the base flavor of this. As some one who loves spicy food I’d say it’s a solid mild to medium unless you add the extra spice from the spice packet then you can bump it up to a nice hot! Perfect for clearing the sinuses 😂

The flavor is good. They aren’t lying though, it’s incredibly hot. I can’t imagine needing the extra spice packet with this one. If you do, you should probably consult a doctor lol. I will be trying the medium one next time.

Tastes great
I don’t know why this doesn’t have more stars. I didn’t buy it at first because of the ratings. But decided I might as well try it. And i definitely do not regret it because this tastes really good. The broth is really good and tasty.And it is pretty spicy, bite after bite the spicyness starts building up, and for me I have to take a break, and then keep eating it after it subsides a bit. I added the spice packet to this as well. But definitely try it if you like spicy stuff

Delivers on heat.
I expected extremely hot and this delivered. I think when you get to a certain level of heat you sacrifice a bit of flavor. For me, this was spice dominate, flavor second. There’s an additional heat pack included that you can add to the ramen as needed. I didn’t use this packet. The ramen was hot enough for me.

This ramen is amazing. If you’re worried about the health ingredients in this ramen you probably shouldn’t be buying packaged ramen… period. This is not for health this is for tastiness. Amazing product. Great and very accurate advertising.

Very tasty, great spicy level
Love the taste of the broth with the spices. The spicy level is good. Definitely has a kick but nothing crazy. It's the type of spicy that stings but dies down quick. The ramen noodles itself are meh. (FYI I love spicy foods. Hispanic so on a scale of 1 to 5 spicy wise this is a 2.5 to a 3)

the packaging and higher cost make you think it’s a healthier alternative compared to traditional cheap ramen - stating air dried, never friend noodles, good source of fiber, 13g of protein, and made with real vegetables. WELL read the actual nutrition label, awful ingredients and 2140MG of sodium, just slightly under the daily recommended maximum intake. i feel sick

Good heat but lacking in flavor
Disclaimer: I love spicy food. This ramen will make your lips tingle and get your nose running. I like the heat. However, there really isn't much there in terms of flavor. Thank goodness they added a packet of little veggies because they are doing a lot of heavy lifting in the flavor department. These bowls come with a little packet to add extra heat to your bowl, but again they really don't add much in terms of flavor. If I had to try this again I would get this ramen and maybe split the ingredients with a more flavorful ramen so I would get a good balance of heat and flavor.

This has good flavor and a nice, slow building heat to it. Unfortunately, it looks like the "I like spicy food because I put tabasco on my eggs" brigade negatively reviewing this ramen. Instead of negatively reviewing because it's "too hot" maybe consider you don't actually eat hot food, this is why things that are marketed as hot aren't actually hot. You picked the hottest version of their ramen that gave numerous warnings about heat instead of getting the milder version and now you're negatively reviewing it for being exactly what it's advertised as: fiery hot. Let us have our hot food instead of pressuring the companies to weaken it when they already make milder versions.

I thought i was going to die
I have a high spice tolerance level (or so I thought) and wanted to eat a nice spicy ramen as a midnight snack. I put the entire bonus hot packet in and my oh my was in for a night. Within 5 bites my stomach was in pain but did I stop? No I soldiered on. After bite 20 I was in writhing pain and finally thought about stopping. Bite 25 okay I think I’ll stop—but the damage was done. I spent the next 10 minutes eating anything in my fridge that I thought would ease the pain. Salami, peanut butter, and cheese. Nothing but milk calmed my stomach but I had waves of pain the entire night and didn’t think I’d see the sun again. Overall 10/10.

Just don't. Its inedible.
Not edible and a waste of food. Be prepared to taste this, cough, run for milk and cheese and bread and then and throw it away. We LOVE spicy food and this was so far beyond palatable. Anyone who can actually eat this will certainly feel the psychotic burn more than once and regret it.

This ramen was good, 4.5/5! The broth was flavorful without the spice pack and when you add the spice it just adds to the broth! The noodles are a bit thin but still good. I always add lime to my ramen so definitely give it try!

Finally something actually spicy!
I absolutely love ramen AND spice! I picked this up on a whim since I’ve never seen it and wanted to try something different from my usual instant ramen choices. The instructions say to add the spice packet a little at a time since it is SPICY. As a spice lover, I’d say there really is a kick and it’s spicy—to the point where I’m sweating. But I love it! I don’t know what everyone is upset about since it says on the packaging to take caution due to the spice. It’s not the company’s fault that people don’t know how to read!
