A: Technically it is not individually wrapped cars because they are all in a box. Inside the box are 50 individually packaged short card hot wheels. I just opened one of these=]

Item was already opened and cars were missing inside. It wasn't 50 cars.
If you receive this item, make sure the box is closed to start with. Mine was opened and missing cars. Make sure you count that you have 50 cars in here. Guess Target thought it was cool to send me an already opened item with missing cars without checking it. Now I gotta go through the hassle of returning it because they couldn't double check.
