[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I presented the Hot Wheels City Wreck & Ride Gorilla Attack to my 4-year-old, the excitement was palpable. Assembling the set took us about 5 minutes, and off we went on our adventure. One notable feature is the ability to connect certain Hot Wheels tracks together, making this toy a great add-on rather than a standalone playset. Fortunately, we already had other Hot Wheels tracks, so this set added a new dimension to our playtime. After about 2 weeks of on-and-off play, it's become a nice addition to our collection. Overall, I'd rate this toy 3/5 stars.

The pieces are such good quality compared to other brand tracks we have had in the past. The launcher is great and my nephew loves playing with this track with all of his cars. Definitely would recommend for any little one.

It was easy to build and it comes with a car so the kids can start playing as soon as we finish building it. Since we had other Hot Wheels cars, it provided even more fun for the kids. The only downside for me is that the instruction manual is not very clear; I wish it were more colourful and a bit bigger. Additionally, the stickers that come with it for the parking lot aren't of good quality. Overall, with its thrilling gorilla-themed track and customizable design, it kept my kids entertained for hours.

It also connects to other hot wheels tracks so you can extend this with other pieces you may already own. My son particularly liked the launcher. A brilliant play set that doesn’t take up too much space.

Not too big so doesn’t take up too much room but big enough to provide enough of a track for the cars to go around! Bit of a pain having to stick on stickers but not the end of the world !

This playset contents : 1 x Hot Wheels City Wreck & Ride Gorilla Attack playset and 1 x Hot Wheels car. Car is very colourful and a good quality. Gorilla’s arms extend more than 3 feet and are bendable track pieces that can connect to other sets. At one end is a launcher that kids try to shoot their cars through the gorilla's mouth without getting eaten. The playset also includes two gas pumps with moveable hoses to 'refuel' before heading back on the road. My children got whole city made from all connected playsets, great entertainment for children but grown ups too .

The stickers are tricky, but that could just be me. This toy is fast, exciting and the perfect addition to anyone who loves Hot Wheels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s great Hot Wheels Gorilla Track with one car included, well made and very colourful. Perfect for boys, recommend 4+ years old. Also what I love about it, that you can combine it with other sets to create a much bigger city. My little one really likes it. Gorilla can rotate as you want and ends can be attached to other places, also one end shoots out the car to ride through Gorillas mouth before she bites it 😊 Really well looking and fun trace. Great for kids to expand their imagination.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is nearly 6 and started getting into Hot Wheels a couple of years ago. What was originally a small collection multiplied rapidly and we now have a cupboard full! We already own about 15 of the hot wheels city sets but didn’t have the gorilla attack. My son had watched it on Hot Wheels YouTube videos so knew exactly what it did as soon as he saw the box. Easy to assemble as always, pieces are labeled and simply click together, the stickers can be a bit fiddly for smaller hands so some help may be needed. The toy itself comes with a car, which you place in the shooter and launch towards the gorilla. Get it right and you’re safe to go down the other side to the garage but not enough force will land you in the gorilla’s mouth! Not to worry though, you do fall back out the bottom. As a toy on its own, it may not offer long stimulation but if you’re collectors like us and have a lot of the city players, it’s great for including in your own hot wheels city when you connect them all together. The only criticism I could give and this would be a generalised comment against all hot wheels sets… getting them back in the box is near enough impossible! None of ours are I. The boxes as they don’t come apart that easily, worth baring in kind if you’re a parent that loves to keep toys tidied away in their boxes! Overall though, I’d definitely recommend for any Hot Wheels fans!
