Hot Wheels Super Ultimate Garage Playset

We ordered it for my son's birthday gift, but was very disappointed upon receiving. The package was very dirty and mostly broken. It was very unpleasant for me to open the package. And then we are surprised to find out that there are only four little cars included in the box. I read the description before placing the order. It clearly said that cars are included! How funny it is that I paid $200 but only 4 little cars came with it. Will definitely return it! Not worth the money!

I bought the Super Ultimate Garage Playset for my Grandson’s Birthday & he was very excited. However, within the first 10 minutes, after the elevator jammed up a few dozen times, we extremely disappointed in it’s mechanical operation. After paying $169 & spending hours to snap this play set together, it has brought nothing but frustration instead of hours of fun.

I like the tork screw and how many cars fit! It is a wonderful product.

First of all I had issues with ordering. Target showed it was available at a store I selected, then it turns out it wasn't. So my order had to be shipped. It was supposed to be free two day shipping, but the option was no longer available after I chose store pickup. Called Target and they said it was too late the order was already off the shelf. Finally get it, and we put it together. Some pieces don't fit well. Holes for the piece the Gorilla hangs on was missing the backside piece. The spinning tower does not hold the cars very well and it doesn't tell you what connectors you need for additional Hot wheels pieces. It was put up in a couple of hours. My son played with it for a couple hours after and then he wanted it taken apart. It has been back in the box for weeks.

Is there a way to fix the gorilla? It seems we have the same issue as many others. And the cars constantly getting stuck. It is disappointing!

Our kids love this toy except the Gorilla broke the first week and now they are not as interested in playing with it.... Total bummer given the price of the toy!

We played 5 minutes with our son and the slider from the gorilla was broken (the grey part). To less quality for this hight price. 1 mm plastic for the slider constroction is to less. If my son could play longer with this toy the overall rating could be higher.

My son got this toy from Santa. It was the only thing he wanted for Christmas and had been asking for it for so long. We have been playing with it daily for the last month. A lot of cars get stuck as they move up the lift, but we are able to get them out. However, yesterday the gorilla stopped being able to move up the track jamming the lift leaving it useless. We absolutely loved this toy to begin with, but now a month later is doesn’t work. We paid $200 for this toy and now it’s broken.
