Description

The Hot Wheels Ultimate Garage set is the tallest and ultimate challenge in the garage playset so far, offering boundless storytelling and vehicle action play. My son got this for his birthday two weeks ago and from day one it seems like it’s off track. I tried to figure out but it just seems faulty. Not good. Not a good toy

So much fun!!!

It's expensive, but totally worth the money in my opinion. I sat and played with my sons for hours. The T-Rex is loud though, so definitely don't recommend playing so as to not disturb others who may be asleep, etc. There are so many spaces to Store their vehicles. With all the track changes and whatnot, it almost seems like the possibilities are endless. Also, if you have multiple HW City playsets, the bases can connect together.

The car can never complete the track

The track spring angle is off, the car can never make the jump and arrive on the other side. Therefore, none of the cars can complete the track. The track is not playable. I bought it for kids birthday gift, all I got is disappointment.

Great Car Storage!

We bought this for our 3 year old and he loves it. It was missing a few pieces but we were able to rig it with some of our other kits. It holds quite a few cars and my son loved sorting out the cars into the parking spots. The missing pieces did make it harder for the car to make it down the whole track without slowing down but not for that it was perfect!

Hot wheels Ultimate Garage

My granddaughters and I were playing with this less than two hours when the crank to lift the dinosaur and cars stopped working. Extremely disappointing!!

Broken piece

The only thing I did not dislike is one of the pieces were broken I tried to use glue to glue it back on and it’s not working. It would’ve been nice if it didn’t come with a broken piece. Besides that it’s a great toy. I bought it for my son for his birthday he just turned three. He’s a little advanced than the average three-year-old he absolutely loves his new hot wheels garage just really bummed that it was broken out of the package. If it weren’t for the broken piece I would give this five stars. I didn’t have an option to write about the broken pieces or request a new one on the app either.

Sent a returned item covered in previous shipping labels

Target shipped me an item that was previously returned, had the only shipping labels on it and was all beat up from previous shipping. Then to top it off they refused to request a UPS pickup of the item so I could return in since our local store doesn’t carry the item. Not a happy customer since this was ordered as a gift and it’s embarrassing to give in this poor condition. Hopefully no parts are missing when they go to assemble it.

Very pleased with purchase

Purchased about one month before Christmas, put together and tried it out due to many negative reviews. This was for our 3 1/2 yr old grandson, it works exactly as it should and he loves it. We purchased more cars and plan to purchase more track. I think he will still be playing with it for many years to come. Btw the dinosaur can be used with each run or not. You can race the cars down the track without it. I think the price is a little high but the quality is good. Recommended for age 5 but can be used by younger kids with supervision.

My 5 year old loves it! Ours works great, and Dino catches the cars nearly every time. The Dino then poops them out, so you need to have it pulled far enough away from the wall to crawl in back and get the car after. So takes up more space than I thought. But it a total hit and worth it

Doesn't work properly

The switch that sends the T-rex down will not work when my kids send cars down. It has to be pushed by hand every single time. I contacted the company, but never heard back from them. My kids are really disappointed that it doesn't work correctly, especially when it's an expensive toy.
