A: Yes, each individual hand warmer is sealed in plastic. Pairs of plastic wrapped warmers are connected together and can be opened individually if you are careful. So if you happen to need to just one warmer for one hand you can open it like that. The plastic can be torn with your fingers.

I looked this up with the QR code for this product on the shelf. The price was different than the tag which was a lower price by a couple of cents. I scanned the barcode from the package with the price check and this was on clearance for 2.99. I felt like I hit the jackpot. Target needs to update their clearance prices. The product is great I use this the handwarmers in my boots. The foot warmers doesn't get warm enough for me.

Great for Northeast Winter Runs
