A: This model does not have Bluetooth functionality. For Bluetooth functionality, we recommend the Hover-1 H1 hoverboard, it has a built-in Bluetooth speaker and it is also app enabled.

Target is failing

I ordered this over a week ago as a gift. It had not even shipped yet so I requested a refund so I could actually buy something to have to give on time. The customer service specialist scrambled to get it shipped so they didn't need to offer a refund and suddenly, at 10 PM, it was now expected to be here in 2 days. Magic! Absolutely ridiculous customer service experience. Just issue a refund when the item hasn't shipped.

Started on Fire while Plugged In

This product is very dangerous. After having for a year, it started on fire while plugged in and charging inside our garage. Luckily, we didn’t lose any of our house. This product is dangerous and would not recommend.

Poor quality charger

After charging the device, I can't get it to turn on. I contacted Hover-1 support, and they said that by leaving it charging overnight, I completely ruined the device. Beware! If you accidentally leave it charging overnight, it is apparently normal for it to fry the device and leave it completely useless. That is terrible. Who would design a product like that?

Worked Great Until it Didn't

Didnt even last 6 months. Tried all the troubleshooting tips on Hover-1’s website. Their site recommended a new motherboard … which they no longer sell. They were zero help since it is passed 90 days. So now it’s trash.

Broke in the first month!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son. He loved it at first, but after about a month it stopped working properly. We tried many times to recalibrate, but nothing has worked. Since it was purchased well before Christmas, it was outside the 90 day warranty when it broke. Very disappointed!
