It is everything you need for work from home small businesses. Don't like the touch pad there is not 2 tabs on the bottom and clicking doesn't always work. and the fact that they Microsoft shoves the stuff down at you. I don't like the Fact it comes pre-loaded with McCrafty Security they are the worst spyware out there.

So far really pleased with this laptop. To be fair HP make it really hard not to like their products, and setting everything up was generally easy. What I hadn't appreciated was that this version of the i5 comes without a card reader, so I've had to buy a separate one to download pics from my camera. But that is a minor niggle and this is a good machine for the price.

Overall decent laptop, but with below issues. 1) Laptop Build Quality is poor. Back cover is plastic instead of metal, which is not what you would expect in 60K laptop. This should be mentioned in specifications. 2) Laptop Sound is very Low. 3) Factory Warranty End Date was NOT updated based on Purchase/Delivery Date and had to follow up with HP support to get updated.

I was just looking for reasonable laptop to replace a 10 year old Win10 system. It's much faster and was very simple to set-up and use than I expected. Time will tell about its reliability, but at this time it's a solid 5 stars.

This computer has plenty of speed and storage for my needs. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the price of the PC. The Wi-Fi interface with my printer took some effort to establish properly so I could print documents. They need to include more precise instructions on how to trigger the setup.
