I love the size of my new Laptop!

Lap is awesome. I usually use desktop computers. I decided to try the laptop, I loved it screen is awesome not expecting this quality of screen. Laptop is easy to use. I can take it anywhere. Very convenient also the 17 inch screen is awesome.

It’s fast. It was easy to order on line and the price was right.

Bought this replacement for my HP that is aging out. I do like the screen more on this one. Less glare. It has the features I needed. Price was right. No problems so far,

Like the large black letter keys. Don’t like the location and size of the on button and delete key.

Easy to use right out of the box. Setup was easy and quick. Moved my data and everything is working great !

I got this laptop 30% off, and at that price it's a great computer. It would be good at full price, but for that price I would expect a touchscreen, perhaps a slightly brighter screen, and a backlit keyboard. Other than that, I'm very happy with this computer. It has a nice screen, the keyboard has a light touch, and the computer is fast.

The only thing that I don't like about the laptop is the color. There are flakes of white in the black that make me think it's dusty. That's it. It's been a great asset. I take it everywhere.

I highly recommend this laptop. I like the bigger screen. The laptop is so much faster than my previous HP. The only this I would change would be to add a backlit keyboard, but I can function without it.

After several weeks, I think I’m getting better. Had to learn where to look for things and get used to some new language, at least to me

This is a great laptop for doing light work. Surfing the web, even playing some older games at 1080p. It seems well built. You can upgrade memory and SSD, if you want. I think for the price it's a great laptop.

I have always had/liked HP products but ... Having problems w/ it regarding getting on web sites, the power cable comes out too easily - a design issue as it's right next to a usb port - wish all usb ports were on the opposite side & there were more of them - powers off when I don't want it to

I have been using my new laptop for only a few weeks. So far all is well. It is well suited to my basic needs at home for browsing, email, texting and running basic types of mapping and other types of software that I use. I am a long term HP customer and user in both my personal and former work life (civil engineering) and have always been very satisfied with their computers. My past machines always ran on Intel processors but after reading up on the AMD Ryzen lineup I decided to give it a go. My new laptop is as fast as I need it to be and then some. I am very pleased with my purchase at this point. I replaced a 5 year old HP laptop running Windows 11. The only negative comment I will make at this point is that there were no instructions included to help with transferring settings and data from a person's old computer to the new one which has always been the case with my past purchases. I got thru the process but anyone faced with doing it for the first time might have a difficult time getting it accomplished. I would recommend HP be sure to include that type of setup help with all their computers. All in all I have no issues or regrets where my new laptop is concerned. The low price on sale is much appreciated as well.

This is a new laptop computer since eighteen years!!! The only thing that it don't have. I player for any CD's or DVD's!!! Other than that everything seems to be working great!!!
