Description

You'll have a chompin' good time with the classic hippo-feeding Hungry Hungry Hippos game! Hungry Hippo and his pals are ready to join in the feeding frenzy, and when you release all the marbles onto the game base, they’ll be chomping after them! You can be Hungry Hippo, Veggie Potamus, Sweetie Potamus or Bottomless Potamus. Whichever hippo you choose, you’ll have to move fast, because if your hippo chomps the most marbles, you win!

Game base comes with 4 hippos, 20 plastic marbles, and instructions.

My kids absolutely love this game. But I wish it was build a little better. We have only played 3 times so far and some of the hippos seem to have problems with the mouth opening.

My four year old grandson loved this game! I got it for rainy, cold days and he loves it. He has the hippos eat even when no one else is playing. He grasped the rules right away but is determined that all hippos get to eat so winning is not really his goal

Buy this item online not in the store. Online it is about $10 and in the store it is $17. That’s crazy.

Not like the old school game from childhood

Perhaps it's a safety concern or something, because I recall the game from my childhood having marble-like balls for the hippos instead of these plastic balls. Sadly, returned it. If the change isn't a big deal to you, go for it! It's still a fun game otherwise. I just preferred the original style to play with my 2 kiddos.

Nostalgic, cute, but cheaply made

Game is very cute and my 4 year old loves it. The hippos snap on and off for storage and I find they tend to fall off easily even after you snap them on. Kind of annoying. The whole thing feels pretty cheap. Took off one star for crummy quality. Classic game though, had to get it for my kids.

We actually love it! My 22 months old loves pressing hippos, just need to watch them with his brother palying because of the small balls, but we have fun playing it!
