[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This indoor light is absolutely stunning! It’s such a beautiful piece. It stands out tremendously and makes any room pop out. We hardwired it in the dining room and my grandpa and husband were able to put it on together. It didn’t take that long for it to be put up. The lights are nice it’s not too bright or too dim. I am still shocked with how beautiful this light is.

It's weighs around 8 lbs so it is a bit heavy as well. It is faireasy to install it comes with complete instructions. You will have to have some help to have someone hold it up while installing. Well worth it if you ask me! It's a beautiful piece.

No one has entered our house and not commented on how much they love the fixture. I think it goes well with many styles, modern, transitional, etc. The matte black lantern “outer” is simple and sleek and the gold leaf underside when you are viewing from below is stunning! One caution, do not try to clean the outside of the lantern with a paper towel since it has a little texture and then you will have ugly white paper towel bits sticking to the fixture. An unexpected benefit of the fixture is the incredible shadow/reflection on the ceiling, picture below. The twelve inch version is perfect for my entry and ceiling height. If you have a very tall ceiling, it may be even more dramatic with additional extensions incorporated (provided). According to my husband, installation was standard and covered the previous footprint well.

I actually hung it in my closet and it just look so lively when I walk in, it's not very big, it's about 12 inches so it fit perfect. I love the lantern design and it has a cast iron look, even though its metal. Which brings out the wood shelves in my closet. It is an absolute perfect piece. I will definitely get this again for another area in my house.

The four lights are bright enough to light up my enrty way but not overly bright. The lighting is soft and creates lovely ambient lighting. I am really happy with this light fixture.

It would be perfect in a home or entry way that has high ceilings. I was so surprised when I took it out of the box. The Dukestown 4 Light Lantern Pendant was just the answer! The beautiful arch design with gold leaf interior reflected the arches in the windows and the pillar arched entrance. Many guests have said it looked like the pendant was custom made just for us! We call it a work of art in our foyer! Perfect in every way!

I liked the dark tone of the metal portion as it provides a nice profile for the light whether it is turned on or off. As expected, it was simple to install, with all the hardware provided to mount to an existing electrical box. I removed the old light fixture and installed this one in less than one hour. I've had several compliments due to the style of the lamp being both stylish (simple & clean lines) as well as a noticeable upgrade from the fixture that it replaced.
