Also love that these supplements include L-Proline, Alpha Lipoic Acid and Grape Seed Extract for a more complete formula. I have an injured knee that has bothered me since my late teens. Now in my thirties I'm really trying to make sure I do everything to support joint health. These are a great formula!

Holy grail of supplements
