For use as an oral debriding agent (oral rinse): adults and children 2 years of age and over: mix with an equal amount of water swish around in the mouth over affected area for at least 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow. use up to 4 times daily after meals and at bedtime or as directed by a dentist or doctor, Directions For use as a first aid antiseptic: clean affected area, if bandaged, let dry first apply small amount of product on affected area 1-3 times a day may be covered with a sterile bandage, children under 12 years should be supervised in the use of this product children under 2 years of age: consult a doctor or dentistOther information

A: Under drug facts, it states that it is 3%.

Q: Can I use this to clean mine and my kids toothbrushes once a week? It looks like people use hydrogen peroxide as a mouthwash even? Just making sure this would be safe.

A: Hello - Thank you for contacting us with your inquiry!. yes, soaking your toothbrush in a 3% hydrogen peroxide solution or antibacterial mouthwash can help kill any bacteria that may be on it. To make and use this solution: Mix 1 teaspoon of peroxide in 1 cup of water. Swish the bristles of your toothbrush in the solution or soak for 15 minutes. The most efficient and inexpensive method to disinfect your toothbrush is to soak it in 3 per cent hydrogen peroxide. A 2022 study shows that soaking a toothbrush in a solution of 3 per cent hydrogen peroxide reduced the number of bacteria in a brush by 87 per cent Hope this information helps – Greshma

Great to have for first aid or cleaning needs at home. It's great to use on fabrics or clithing that have gotten blood/blood stains on them. Spray a bit on fabric & watch it bubble up. The Hydrogen Peroxide breaks down the enzymes in blood to remove it from the fabric. For best cleaning, dribble a bit of Dawn dish soap on top after applying the Hydrogen Peroxide, then wash item as usual.

The bottle design is awful… I bought this to replace an expired bottle of hydrogen peroxide that I also bought at target a few years ago. But this new bottle is thinner plastic, so it squirts out peroxide every time you pick it up, because you can’t help squeezing it. AND they made the hole in the lid very small, so you can’t dip a q-tip in it; and if you try to pour it out, it just spills everywhere. I ended up swapping out the lid with the one from the old bottle I had. I hope that helps with at least some of the issues.
