Q: Ours burst within a year and was cared for very well. Is there a way this can be replaced? I really like the hose and am hoping I experienced a rare flaw.

A: I don’t know the answer but mine just burst today as well after about a month of light to moderate use and I am so disappointed. I also was really liking the hose but can’t reasonably spend another $60 to replace something that only lasts for a month

The coupler leaks at the faucet. I put a considerable amount of Teflon tape on the threads , made sure the rubber washer was properly seated, but it still leaks. I torqued it quite a bit but it still drips. Typical - plastic to metal often doesn’t seal well. You could improve your design. I really like the hose, though!
