I bought my first hose less than 2 years ago. I have gone through 2 hoses as they both broke. This is my last attempt to make my third hose works. They bring up 3 points on “Important Information” in their packaging material. I do relieve pressure when not in use (#1) and never store in freezing temperatures (#3). However I do live in Florida and keep my hoses outside year around in shade, #2 says “In extreme heat store hose indoors..” not sure what is extreme heat. I am very careful with my products. I love the concept of the product, just had durability issues. I will give it one more try.

I ordered a different brand of expandable hose 7/2023 and it already burst and I had no warranty. I like the idea that Hydrotech believes in its products enough to offer a warranty.

So grateful it came earlier than expected! I planted two young saplings and didn't have a hose long enough to reach! Very satisfied with the hose, as I have a similar one that is shorter. thank you for getting it here so quickly

The hose expands and makes watering every inch of my back yard and front yard easy! I especially like how the connector to the spigot is reinforced. I hope to get many years of gardening from my two new hoses!

This is the second one I have bought (my last broke during the freeze in Houston last year) because it's fantastic. It's incredibly lightweight making carrying & reeling it in after watering an ease.

I just bought the 100 ft expandable hose. I’ve only used it twice and so far it is working fine. I mainly bought the hose due to the 10 year warranty since previous expandable hoses did not make it through a season. It appears you are willing to stand behind your product. If it keeps working like the 2 times I have used it thus far and makes it thru this fall, I’ll change my rating to 5 stars.

Like that it is easy to store out of site BUT gives the length of hose I need to water.
