Always works for me
I have had intermittent leg cramps since I broke my ankle a couple of years ago. I love taking morning walks along the river, here, and this enable be to do so without pain if I rub it on before my walk. I also use it for occasionle foot cramps at night and it relieves it very well.

Non greasy and works quickly.
Have used this for years and reordered. Definitely recommend it. Used to be able to get it in pharmacies and then couldn’t. So thankful Swanson has it and ordering is easy and shipping is quick. Goes on smoothly, not greasy and works quickly.

I get terrible leg cramps when I walk, especially long distances. I put this on before I start walking, and it helms, as do the pills by the same manufacturer. It is not 100% relief, but it does help

This is the only thing that relieves leg and foot cramps within minutes! This medication for leg and foot cramps is a miracle! If I get a foot cramp and take this medication, it takes less than a minute to go away! I suffer from a !it of leg and foot cramps and this is the only medication that works, believe me!

Seem to help restless legs, but doesn’t last very long. Need to apply several times per night. Which makes it very expensive to use
