Purpose

Uses Temporarily relieves symptoms of pain or cramps in lower body, legs, calves, feet or toes with accompanying occasional sleeplessness or disrupted sleep

Directions

Directions Use as directed. Adults and children 12 years and over Children under 12 years of age Dissolve 2-3 tablets under tongue at bedtime. If the initial dosage is not providing immediate relief, dissolve 2-3 tablets under tongue every 15 minutes until relieved, up to 6 doses. Ask a doctor before use.

    Leg Cramp PM

    These tablets are a life saver for my husband. He has cut way back on his prescription muscle relaxers because the Leg cramp PM works within minutes and he is back to sleep . If he wakes with leg cramps again, he takes another dose. He is sleeping so much better. He has neuropathy and radiculitis .

    Tried everything. This did it.

    Okay. Leg cramps can be extremely painful. I tried Hylands, Magnesium, Theraworx, and drinking more water. These had minimal impact on the problem. Then I tried something different. I placed a down throw over my calves at night. That fixed the problem permanently. Next I searched for a light alternative for travel and found some down leg warmers that weigh practically nothing. Perfect. No more leg cramps.

    This new hyland leg cramp pm is NOT EFFECTIVE! The old ( in red box) was MUCH BETTER. I will not buy blue pm again.

    Best thing ever!!

    This product is a lifesaver!! It totally amazes me how fast and effective it is. For years leg cramps were an almost nightly nightmare. Extremely painful and would come back repeatedly, leading to a lack of sleep and walking them off for lengthy periods of time. Then I found Hylands leg cramp pills. It was a miracle. They acted so quickly I was stunned. Now I never go to bed without having them on the nightstand. I have other people talk about leg cramps and I immediately tell them about Hylands. Everyone that has tried them had the same result I did. Now we all are sure we keep them with us. Try them. I think you will be amazed!!

    This product was recommended to me by a friend. It really works for my foot/lower leg cramps but I was surprised to see that it is also a sleep aid. Because of that, I only use it occasionally.
